Layer breeding technology
1. Choose a chicken farm
Since it is a breeding layer, the location of the chicken farm is also very critical. Here’s a little hint, we put the best place to keep the chicken farm away from the city and chemical plants, meat factories, residential areas.
Laying hens are suitable for farming in the mountains. There is no air pollution and the environment is good. There is no poisoning of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Keep a well-ventilated and active flat.
Note: The living area and breeding area of the farm must be separated and not mixed. This is to facilitate future management and to effectively block the virus. And, layer chicken cages should clear in time.
2. Select layer seedlings
The selection of layer seedlings determines the initial direction of future breeding, and it is recommended to choose the layer seedlings with good disinfection and abundant chicken feathers.Check to see if they are active and take them to the vet for signs of infection.
3. Young chicken rearing
Young chickens are adult layers, and adult layers typically have larger coops.According to every square meter to raise about six or seven calculation, we can consider the construction of chicken coop.Chicken coop needs to be equipped with sink, shovel, broom and other tools, cleaning at any time.Young laying hens have to go through rotations, which they try to do on sunny nights. After the group transfer, the laying hens will have a familiar process, giving them more chicken feed and water.Get into the habit of whistling when you’re feeding them.
4. Feed proportion
The feed that layer chicken eats basically is raw material processing or the feed that accords with green food.General raw materials can be used are corn, bran, soybean, peanut kernel, food salt, calcium lactate, probiotics and so on.These are in proportion to the proportion of eggs to eat, are very nutritious.
Note: laying hens need to change the proportion according to the season and the size of laying hens in the feed. In this link, you can go to a special feed station to ask.
